Refund policy
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your device. A refund will be available to you with in 30 days of your purchase. You will be eligible for a full refund if the item is new and unused, with all of it’s original accessories, packaging, and manufacturing intact. You will have 30 days to receive a refund, minus the 20% restocking fee. The refund will be issued once we receive the system back.
If you return a product within14-days we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Product(s) back or, if earlier, the day on which we receive evidence that you have returned the Product(s) to our returns address. We will refund the price paid in full (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the Product(s)), including the cost of standard delivery. However, we will not refund your cost of returning the Product(s) to us. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
Refunds are made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
Body Actualize reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy, is used or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on items marked FINAL SALE.
If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and order reference.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for us to inspect and process the return. When your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on the original form of payment.
Returns from Afterpay and Shop Pay Purchases
If you have changed your mind, you can return or exchange your Afterpay or Shop Pay purchase online only. Afterpay or Shop Pay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay or Shop Pay.
